Merzena is a seasoned entrepreneur with a business development background and a keen eye for spotting opportunities. She has a special interest in talent acquisition and a deep commitment to increasing the female workforce in IT and engineering.
As the founder of ATD, Merzena has ensured that her company is adequately certified in an effort to execute an aggressive agenda to ensure her clients are meeting their diversity goals regarding minority and women. Surprising, this goal is too often missed by clients, and ATD provides a beneficial service to both client and talent by making available teams of highly skilled ATD employees to its client.

VP of Sales
Prior to joining ATD, Ryon was a Principal with UNISYS Corporation. He led the Managed Services Division in the US.Ryon has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry in the areas of engineering, business development, marketing and sales.
Ryon is responsible for all aspects of sales, alliances and partnerships and operates as the executive of interest representing ATD in these areas.With a reputation for helping business achieve aggressive growth, Ryon brings his strategic process to the staffing table.
Ryon has managed resource requirements ranging from startups to over $200M in size.
Alvin has over 15 years of experience in the staffing industry. He began his career as a technical recruiter, and has held numerous positions in the industry including sales and account management for several federal and commercial clients.
Leveraging his management skills, combined with his technical and academic background in both information technology and electrical engineering; Alvin has excelled in leading teams of account managers and recruiters in developing and delivering for clients. Alvin has built a team that bridges the gaps between talent and recruiting by ensuring a level of engineering expertise that is able to build credibility not just with client, but with talent being recruited. He sets a high standard for client satisfaction and talent retention
Prior to joining ATD, Anne, a CPA, and through her accounting practice of 20 years, worked with small to mid-sized companies in various industries assisting in growth positioning, funding and operations. In addition, she provided CFO services to larger firms as a spinoff from her days of employment with a number of companies in the private and public sectors.
